This was very informative and thank you for all the tips. I suffer from Phantom pain and I will definitely try messaging the other leg….Brilliant indeed !!! I do not eat wheat and feel better on a simple diet of mostly fresh vegetables and a small amount of protein. Eating simple seems to keep arthritic pain at bay. Thanks again.
